In achieving this standard we have implemented the “Plan, Do, Check, Act” cycle that is consistent across all the ISO standards, and helps us to lead the litho and digital print UK market, amongst other processes such as book printing and typesetting.

Our processes, from digital colour printing and litho printing to bookbinding, are controlled to ensure non-conformities are kept to a minimum. We also have procedures for correcting and preventing non-conformities from happening. We work to a structured continuous improvement program designed to improve the quality of the product and service we provide to our customers.
