We are delighted to announce the launch of two new services, MLG Marketing Solutions Real Time Marketing (RTM) and Instant Digital Quoting, which will have incredible benefits for our customers. The services will enable customers to access, edit and order documents online as easily as ordering a book or CD.

Our customers will be able to produce a product that is ready to print - no admin and no hassle. The RTM solution allows our customers, including organisations of all types and sizes, to order print/marketing collateral online in an efficient and cost effective manner.

RTM allows us to create exclusive logins for each of our customers, so that they can access, edit and order documents online from their own PURL (Personalised Web Page) using their own templates or templates supplied by MLG Marketing Solutions.

The system guarantees brand consistency, ensuring that corporate identities are protected and represented correctly. Our customers will be guided through every step of the print ordering process, saving them, and us, time and money. All admin tasks are managed from the site including pricing and invoicing.

While our RTM system is up and running, MLG Marketing Solutions is at the beginning of another exciting project: MLG Instant Digital Quotes.  This is a complete Internet quoting and customer management system. MLG Instant Digital Quotes (IDQ) harmonises our print facilities with an on-demand digital print quotation system, giving users a seamless solution to their estimating requirements, removing waiting times and speeding up the production process.

The quoting tool will empower customers to build their own instant quotes, submit jobs online and upload artwork. This will relieve our estimating team from the day-to-day quote requirements and job status updates, freeing their time to deal with more bespoke orders.

In addition to instant quotes, our customers will also enjoy access to a simple upload facility for artwork, so there is no need for any complicated FTP procedures. The ability for a customer to track a job online means our relationship with them is no longer about creating estimates and checking the progress of their jobs, but one which gives our sales team time to promote our additional services.
