Janette has worked in the printing industry for over 30 years, working her way to the top from customer service administrator, estimator, production manager, production director and finally to taking over the business and becoming MD of McAllister Litho Glasgow Ltd.

It is her enthusiasm and dedication together with a sharp mind for print production that has got Janette to the top level.

Janette is renowned throughout the industry for being trustworthy and having a steadfast determination to exceed customer expectations. When it comes to getting the job done – if anyone can she can!

Scott has been working in the print industry for over 30 years, gaining in-depth experience and knowledge of all aspects within the print trade from reprographics, business development and customer care.

When working for Babcock International he was responsible for all aspects of the Groups Corporate branding for London, Rosyth, Portsmouth, Faslane naval shipyard’s design and corporate print requirements. This involved strict management in all stages of Babcock’s branding from commissioning print and design for the Commodore of the Royal Navy Fleet, if required, to overseeing production, ensuring corporate branding is maintained throughout, marketing, cost, and delivery. This was to ensure that all deliverables achieved strict compliance with corporate print guidelines within the Group.

At Napier University in Edinburgh, Scott sat his Higher City & Guilds Qualification in Printing, Pre-Press and Design. He is highly skilled and adaptable and will go the extra mile to ensure your job is managed to perfection, with full personal support and confidence to ensure a smooth process throughout and aiming to ensure that both customer service levels and expectations are maintained and, where possible exceeded, and that MLG's growing client base is retained as satisfied returning customers.

Karen brings over 30 years of expertise in the paper and print industry, with extensive knowledge of print solutions, including paper, packaging, display and large format.

Her background in customer service and account management has made her a trusted main point of contact for clients, where she has consistently retained and grown business by supporting and supplying them with a full range of products and services.

Keith Liddle has been employed by MLG since 2009 and has been working in the print trade since 1994. He was initially employed as an account manager until a recent promotion, at the start of 2022, saw a move into a financial management role.

Keith demonstrates a high degree of numeracy and attention to detail, which were of benefit in his role as an account manager and is invaluable in his current role as finance manager. Keith holds a diploma in accountancy as well as 20 years experience as treasurer of a local community church.

After graduating from the University of Glasgow in 2004, Lynsey worked in customer services and administration in various fields. She then joined the print / packaging industry in 2014 as a PA to a corporate level Director.

Joining us in 2025, Lynsey’s experience gives her a strong understanding of systems, print processes, materials, finishing options and logistics. Adding her friendly and enthusiastic personality, she enjoys guiding customers through every step of their project.

Having started out her career as a print buyer for a large retail company, Sharon’s career progressed into print management, gaining her extensive knowledge of large format print and signage over the past 20 years, working with a variety of clients in retail, exhibitions, events, and hospitality sectors.

Ian Gray – “The Large Format Guy”

Ian brings over 30 years of experience in business development and print sales to MLG. His career has covered vacuum forming, ring binder manufacturing, print finishing and large format print, with senior roles at SPD and Pointmedia.

As MLG’s Customer Relations Manager, Ian focuses on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and helping every project run smoothly from start to finish.
