Customer Service Representative/Estimator

McAllister Litho Glasgow is Scotland’s leading independent commercial and trade printer, we have an unrivalled reputation for customer service, quality of work and a “can do attitude”.

Due to increased workload in our commercial sector and significant investment in our digital and wide format departments, our client base is growing, and we now require additional Customer Services / Account management / Estimating Staff.

At McAllister Litho Glasgow we are looking for confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a close team and keen to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also take responsibility for what you do, and we actively encourage innovation and improvement processes from all staff. We have a relaxed working atmosphere and put trust in the staff to get on with the job.

Successful candidates will have a good level of experience working in a busy commercial print environment, be committed to providing outstanding customer service and quality, along with a flexible approach.

Knowledge of Tharstern MIS would be advantageous.
